Cream of anything Porkchops and Gravy

1 Can Spam (7oz)--Chopped
1 Cup cooked Rice
1/8 C   Banana Pepper de-seeded and chopped
1/8 C  Chopped Onion
1/8 C  Corn
1/8 C  Green Benas
1/8  t  Red Pepper Flakes
pinch of Salt

Brown onion and Spam in oil, add other ingredients, Cook till heated through and vegetables are cooked.


Serves 2


I served with cucumber and onion salad and snack crackers.....your choice really:-)
